RAISE THE DUST ran a successful series of 5 free Appalachian Dance Workshops in Shropshire and the Borders during November 2009.

These workshops were mainly aimed at beginners, and several people came to more than one workshop. As a result we now have 3 people joining us for weekly practice and are now fully fledged members of Raise the Dust.

On Sunday 18th July we will be running a one hour Appalachian Dance workshop at the Shrewsbury Festival of Dance.
