Gardener's Cottage, Lyonshall, Herefordshire               

Gardener's Cottage is a beautifully restored 19th century stone cottage, sleeping up to 6 people.  Originally the gardener's accommodation for the Whittern Estate, it sits in large gardens of its own and adjacent to the walled garden.  Gardener's Cottage is a few minutes walk (by road or field) from Field Cottage.

Gardener's Cottage has three bedrooms, the smallest of which has two single beds and the other two are large with double beds in each as well as personal hand-basins.  The plain white luxury linen compliments the simple but original designer feel to each bedroom.  There is one bathroom upstairs.

Downstairs there is a large sitting room with wood-burner (logs provided); comfortable seating for at least eight; video/TV and a selection of books and games. The dining room has a table that can seat up to ten with comfortable dining chairs and an excellent stereo with a "groovy" selection of 1970's/80's LP's (also a facility for a plug-in CD player).  The kitchen and utility have all the mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, and two-oven stove.  Additionally there is a large bright modern shower room with loo and basin next to the utility room.  The whole property is centrally heated by a combination boiler giving constant hot water and instant warmth.
