  • Highpath Engineering. - The correct length cranks are important, otherwise you could risk knee problems. Most bikes come with the standard 170mm cranks which are OK if you have a standard 81cm inside leg. If you are shorter then you need shorter cranks. From his West Wales base, Chris Bell (the EGG man) can supply TA cranks in any length from 110 mm to 185 mm.
